David is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Accredited Mortgage Consultant (AMC). He started out his professional life as an accountant with a "Big 4" accounting firm, Coopers and Lybrand (now PWC), in the late 1980s. A move to the corporate sector and the introduction of compulsory superannuation led to him meeting Gareth.

In 1998 Gareth asked David to join the team at LifeStyle and he has never looked back. Today, he specialises in superannuation and investment gearing advice, mortgage broking and retirement planning with an emphasis on wealth creation to achieve financial independence.

David lives with his wife, Louise, and children, Kirra and Rory, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. David and Louise have a passion for living an active, healthy life and try to stick to daily exercise regimes of yoga, surfing and bike riding with the kids.
